Made from real olives, this non-foaming soap does double duty by cleansing, exfoliating and hydrating skin. Dead skin cells are sloughed off and pores opened for a more in-depth cleaning. Rich in vitamin E, it also improves elasticity for smooth and firm skin.
Why I love it
This is always the first step to my morning routine. It really preps the skin so you can receive the full benefits from every skincare product you use afterwards. And I love the unexpected texture. It doesn’t feel like a typical soap at all — more like a thick and luxurious gel.
How to use
As a face cleanser and scrub:
In the morning, start with a damp face and neck. Scoop a pea-sized amount of the soap onto your fingertips, and apply gently in a circular motion to cleanse while avoiding the eye area. Rinse off with cool water. In the evening, remove makeup with Rose Water before cleansing with Moroccan Olive Soap.
As a body gel and scrub:
Morning or night, scoop a quarter-sized amount of the soap directly onto damp skin. Massage in a gentle, circular motion to cleanse. Rinse off with cool water.
As a shaving cream:
Sweep a dime-sized amount of soap onto the skin and shave as usual.
Screw lid on tightly after every use.
Water, potassium hydroxide, olea europaea (olive) fruit extract
“I dig how clean – but not stripped! – this soap makes my face feel. I have very dry and sensitive skin, and soap usually dries my skin out, but not this one. As with all Agasaya products, I love that that I can count the number of ingredients on one hand.”
